employees have been instrumental to our success. This became apparent in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. SMRT employees remain steadfast
and resilient. Our staff are committed to
making every commute safe, reliable and comfortable with high standards of safety and service excellence. We continue to invest in
our workforce to develop skilled, competent and adaptable employees who are
prepared to overcome disruptions and challenges.
SMRT strives to serve and delight everyone in the community. We never cease to explore opportunities
to improve commuting experience in our MRT stations and bus interchanges. One example is the launch of Go-To SMRT in
2021. The project expanded our services beyond transportation. Our added services include
wayfinding, first-aid, locating missing persons, assisting commuters with
dementia, and more.
