reported a missing item, you will hear from us when a matching item is found.
To claim your item, please call the Customer Relations Hotline at 1800-336 8900
to schedule an appointment.
SMRT will not be held responsible for the
condition of lost items returned to our stations or interchanges.
For
hygiene and safety reasons, perishable items will be disposed together with its
containers.
Any
item not claimed within 3 days at our station or bus interchange will be handed
over to our Lost Property Office (LPO) at 750A Chai Chee Rd, #05-02 ESR Biz Park, Singapore 469001.
All
items not claimed after 3 months will be disposed of or donated to charity.
