Through Go-To SMRT, we now serve more than just commuters who travel through our networks.
Our stations and bus interchanges become the first place for anyone to turn to for a suite of services that include:
• Caring for unwell passengers
• Looking for missing persons
• Locating lost & found items
• Giving wayfinding directions
• Helping persons with dementia or mobility needs
Frontline staff at Go-To SMRT stations and bus interchanges are specially trained to administer first-aid and assist commuters in need.
Partnering with the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC), all our train stations and bus interchanges are certified as dementia go-to points. More than 3,000 of our staff have also received training to help reunite commuters who are lost in the network with their loved ones.
Go-To SMRT was recognised as the Best Community Inclusive Project at LTA’s Land Transport Excellence Awards 2022. It also received the International Association of Public Transport (UITP) Marketing Campaign Award.
Go-To Info Maps
