All recovered items not claimed after three months from the date of the report will be disposed of or donated to charity.
For the months of January and February 2020, 1425 items were found on SMRT buses and have not been claimed. To claim your lost item, please call 1800 336 8900 to make an appointment for collection. The Lost Property Office is open for collection during the Circuit Breaker period.
In view of the restricted movement imposed during this period, disposal of items found in January and February will be carried out in June 2020. Items that are not claimed by 13 June 2020 will be disposed of or donated to charity.
