Since its introduction to the organisation in 2018 by our Chairman, Kaizen, or continuous improvement, has become a way of life in SMRT. The principles of Kaizen, such as challenging tradition and making necessary changes, as well as focusing on finding solutions, are easily applicable to every aspect and area of our work and personal life. These have helped our employees add value and contribute to the company more effectively, resulting in better work satisfaction. In today’s rapidly changing world, we either improve or lose ground, hence Kaizen is no longer an option but a necessity. SMRT will continue to Kaizen to enhance our business and service offerings.
