Assistance for XChange Tenants

We thank Mr Ng Yaik Chye for his decision to locate his business with us.

We understand that times are tough for businesses in the pandemic.

In this case, we had reached out to assist Mr Ng with the application for renovations three months before the commencement of the lease, and worked closely with him for the renovations.

On 5 Feb, we received his request for rental assistance, and are currently reviewing it.

Since the start of Phase 3, traffic at the station has improved. There are also plans to transform Tanjong Pagar and some other stations to attract and increase footfall.

We are monitoring the situation, exploring ways to help our tenants, and working as guided by the relevant authorities for local businesses.
