25 June Update - The road works at Nicoll Highway and Raffles Boulevard, originally scheduled for this evening (25 Jun), were completed last night. As such, Service 961 will resume its original route this evening, with no bus stops skipped.

From 23 to 25 June 2025 (10pm to the last bus), Service 961 travelling towards Woodlands Interchange will be diverted from its regular route along Raffles Avenue and Raffles Boulevard due to Road Works at City Centre. No bus stops will be skipped. Commuters are advised that additional travelling time may be expected.

Service 961 travelling towards Lor 1 Geylang Terminal is not affected by the road closure.
