SMRT is inviting vendors to participate in the Supply and Replacement of Ballast at 4 Turnout Locations on the North-South Line (NSL). Tender Period will run from 16 October 2026 to 9 November 2026.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Valid bizSAFE Level 3 certificate (to be submitted during registration/request for invitation)

• Compulsory Attendance of Tender Briefing (19 October 2026)

• Compulsory Attendance at Site Visit (details will be provided in the Ariba Tender Event)

We would like to invite companies to participate in this tender described in the title above; meets with the eligibility criteria and has minimally a BizSafe Level 3 (or equivalent) certificate.  Only registered companies will be invited to participate in this tender which will be carried out via SMRT e-procurement portal (SAP Ariba).

Interested companies are to submit their latest ACRA statement and BizSafe Certificates to the above contact persons to be registered prior to invitation to this tender event.  Only registered companies will be invited to participate in this tender which will be carried out via SMRT e-procurement portal (SAP Ariba). Interested companies should also possess the following capabilities when considering to participate in this tender:

1. Principal or secondary business activity in Acra is in vehicle maintenance 
2. Have experience in fleet vehicle maintenance (Preferably with 100 vehicles and above)
3. Located in Singapore
