Quantities stated in the tender documents are estimates only and are provided for reference purposes. They do not constitute a commitment or guarantee of any purchase volume by SMRT.

Vendors proposing alternative parts may also participate. Any proposed alternatives must be accompanied by the relevant technical documentation as part of the tender submission for  consideration.
