SMRT has been appointed by the Employer as its representative to undertake and manage this tender exercise. All evaluations and assessments will be carried out by the Employer. For more information, please refer to the tender advertisment linked below.

1. Interested Tenderers must attend a COMPULSORY Physical Tender Briefing and Site Visits as scheduled below and register for the briefing by sending the following details for eligibility verification: (i) CIDB and/or BCA qualification document; (ii) Company name and company registration document; (iii) person in charge; (iv) contact number; and (v) e-mail address (for the purpose of receiving the e-invitation) to SMRT Procurement, martinchee@smrt.com.sg and kohjieyangglenn@smrt.com.sg on or before 12pm, 27 April 2026.
2. Tenderers are required to register on SAP Ariba to participate in this event. Tenderers who do not meet the eligibility and qualification requirements, or who fail to submit the required documents within the stipulated time, shall not be invited to attend the Tender Briefing and Site Visits. The Tenderer’s representative attending the said Tender Briefing and Site Visits must be a qualified personnel with sound knowledge of the works and contract relating thereto and duly authorised by the Tenderer.
