We would like to invite companies to participate in this tender described in the title above; meets with the eligibility criteria and has minimally a BizSafe Level 3 (or equivalent) certificate.  Only registered companies will be invited to participate in this tender which will be carried out via SMRT e-procurement portal (SAP Ariba).

Interested companies are to submit their latest ACRA statement and BizSafe Certificates to the above contact persons to be registered prior to invitation to this tender event.  Only registered companies will be invited to participate in this tender which will be carried out via SMRT e-procurement portal (SAP Ariba). Interested companies should also possess the following capabilities when considering to participate in this tender:

1. Provide 24/7 towing service.
2. Monitor expiry date (road tax renewal) and arrange for LTA inspection.
3. Stock up on frequently used spares parts in inventory such as tyre and ad-blue to facilitate quick TAT.
4. Perform yearly servicing of fire extinguisher and replace expired fire extinguisher.
5. Perform floorboard replacement.
6. A 24-hour accident reporting centre for vehicle
7. A dedicated Customer Service team or Helpdesk to support all queries from SMRT.
8. Scrap services for vehicle that reach COE tenure.

Eligibility:

1) Bizsafe Level 3 and above

2) Relevant BCA Workhead Certification FM 04  and L1

3) Financial Grades- S5
