Eligibility Criteria for Participation

To be eligible for participation, vendors must meet the following requirements:

  1. BizSafe Certification
    • Vendors must possess a BizSafe Level 3 certification or higher.
  2. Trade Effluent Discharge Approval
    • Vendors must provide written approval from PUB for the discharge of trade effluent into the public sewerage system.
    • If appointed subcontractor: A letter stating that the subcontractor(s) water treatment plant will support the tender upon contract award.
  3. ISO Certification
    • Vendors must hold a valid ISO 9001:2015 certification.
  4. Mandatory Tender Briefing and Site Walkthrough
    • Attendance at the mandatory tender briefing and site showround is required for participation.
