Tender Eligibility

1. The Security Agency [SA] must be registered with Expenditure and Policies Procurement Unit (EPPU) under the registration head of EPU/SER/43 (Security Services). The SA must meet the minimum Financial Grade S8 before consideration for contract award and a minimum of bizSAFE level 3 certificate is the minimum level required for this tender.

2.     The SA should hold a valid license from the Licensing Division of the Singapore Police Force and Under SACE, Security agencies must attain a "Pass" in the competency evaluation (as of 1 July 2022) conducted by Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD) and Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
