From Monday, 17 November 2025, bus service 451 will be introduced to replace bus service 991C. With this, residents of Keat Hong Link, Choa Chu Kang Avenues 1 and 3, as well as Brickland, will benefit from the expanded coverage and higher bus frequency to and from Bukit Gombak MRT Station.

Bus service 451 will operate on weekdays (excluding public holidays) during the morning peak period from Keat Hong Link to Bukit Gombak MRT station, and during the evening peak period from Bukit Gombak MRT station to Keat Hong Link:
