SMRT Corporation Ltd announces that Mr Lee Fook Sun, a Director of SMRT Corporation Ltd and SMRT Trains Ltd., and Mdm Moliah Binte Hashim, a Director of SMRT Trains Ltd., will retire at the conclusion of the respective companies’ Annual General Meetings on 28 July 2026 and will not be seeking re-election.

The Boards thank Mr Lee and Mdm Moliah for their dedicated service and invaluable contributions to SMRT over the years and wish them the very best in their future endeavours.

SMRT is also pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Ng Shin Ein as a Director of SMRT Trains Ltd. with effect from 1 August 2026.

Ms Ng is the co-founder of Gryphus Capital, a private equity firm. She has extensive experience in corporate governance, investments and capital markets, and has served on the boards of listed companies in Singapore, the United States and Australia.
