Group Chief Human Resources Officer
Ms Lee Yem Choo is SMRT Corporation Ltd’s Group Chief Human Resources Officer.
She joined SMRT in August 2018 as Director, Human Resource Business Partner for Thomson East Coast Line and Engineering Group, before she was subsequently appointed as Director, Industrial Relations, Employee Engagement and Discipline in January 2020. Prior to joining SMRT, she had more than 2 decades of experience in human resources where she held various leadership appointments overseeing different human resources functions in the Ministry of Defence.
Ms Lee holds a Master in Human Capital Leadership from the Singapore Management University and a Bachelor of Science from the National University of Singapore.
