2018 Customer Satisfaction Survey

If you travel on our train or bus, your opinion counts.

We are undertaking a survey along with other transport operators around the world who are members of the benchmarking associations CoMET and NOVA (train) and IBBG (bus).

We want to hear your opinion about different aspects of our train and bus service.

The aim is to study best practices in order to improve them based on customer opinions.

Completing the survey takes about three to five minutes. We thank you for your participation and time.
