You will receive the following message:

"Thank you. Your current booking for a normal SMRT taxi at [pickup] is being processed."

When a taxi is confirmed, you will receive the following message:

"SMRT taxi, SHB xxxx will arrive at [pickup] in Y minutes."

If no taxi is available, you will receive the following message:

"We are sorry. No taxi is available at this moment. Please reply with R to try again."
