SMRT Automotive Services Pte Ltd – Service Advisor, Taxis Workshop

You will be required to serve and gather feedback from taxi hirers on vehicles maintenance matters. You are also responsible for making decisions to diagnose vehicle problems, schedule taxis for preventive and corrective maintenance, refer taxis to contractors and to recommend downtime refunds. In addition, you will provide good customers service to taxi hirers and gather feedback from taxi hirers on vehicles maintenance matters.

You are responsible to provide support to workshop on servicing and maintenance of electronics components repair and upgrading projects e.g. EIFS, BTE, EDS, IBOS, Taximeter, Skytrek (IVE). You are to ensure that all procedures as required for servicing and maintenance work are carried out. Working from our Bus Workshop, you will perform maintenance, servicing, overhaul of components and troubleshooting activities on heavy vehicles to ensure that our buses operate safely, efficiently and are road-worthy. You will be required to perform preventive maintenance such as oil and filter change, greasing, top-up fluid level of brake, clutch, and power steering. In addition, you will be required to diagnose the faulty bus and related equipment to ascertain the nature of defects and to perform quality check and ensure that conditions of buses are in good condition before handing over to customers.
