principles for the system, established the
design requirements and technical specifications
for the tender and led in the short listing,
evaluation and recommendation of the award
of the system supplier. |

Representing the owner, SMRT Engineering
oversaw the construction and installation
phase of the project. To ensure the monorail
trains and its associated control systems
comply with international railway safety
standards, we undertook design reviews and
pre-delivery inspections. Additionally,
we advised Sentosa on critical operations
and maintenance issues and provided solutions
on how to integrate systems with long-term
operations. |
