| Payment Terms: |

Licence Term: 1/2/3 months |
| 2. |
Upon signing of the Licence Agreement, the Licensee has to pay: |

Licence Fee: Subject to GST |
| |
b. |
Security Deposit: $1,000.00 (refundable) |
| |
c. |
Administrative Fee: $ 100.00 (non-refundable), subject to GST |
| 3. |
The Licence Fee shall be paid in full. |

| Cancellation: |
| 1. |
There will be no refund of the Licence Fee or Administrative Fee should there be any cancellations. |
