Payment Terms:
1. Upon execution of the Licence Agreement, the Licensee has to pay the following:   a. Licence Fee (subject to GST at the prevailing rate)   b. Administrative Fee (subject to GST at the prevailing rate)   c. Security Deposit       Schedule of Other Payments Deposit 15sm and below $1,000 16sm to 49sm $2,000 50sm to 99sm $5,000 100sm and above $10,000   2. Payment has to be received not later than 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the event
Cancellation:
1. There will be no refund of the Licence Fee and Administrative Fee should there be any cancellations 2. Should the event be terminated by SMRT and/or the authorities at any time prior or during the event, the Licence Fee shall be refunded on a pro-rated basis
