| SMRT Trains Ltd (SMRT Trains) |
| |
| SMRT Trains Ltd was incorporated in 1987 and operates the first mass rapid transit system in Singapore. |
| |
| The North-South and East-West lines, with 53 stations along major high density travel corridors, cover a total length of 93.2km and serve more than 1.5 million passengers daily. Circle Line (CCL) Stage 1 – 3 is 16.6km with 16 stations. When all five CCL stages are operational, commuters will be served by 28 underground stations. Our entire network will be 126.2km when the CCL is completed. |

Its principal activities are in the marketing
and leasing of media spaces as well as the marketing,
leasing and management of commercial spaces within

| SMRT Engineering was set up on August 1999.
It offers one stop consulting services from project
conceptualisation to operations, maintenance and
related assignments. SMRT owns 100% of SMRT Engineering. |

| SMRT Light Rail Pte Ltd was set up in 1997 and
operates Singapore's first fully automated light
rapid transit (LRT) system - the Bukit Panjang
LRT system. The LRT system includes approximately
7.8 km of elevated guideways stretching over 14
stations. |

| SMRT Motors provides maintenance and repair

buses from five interchanges. Its trunk, feeder
