All interested parties have to submit their interest and bids for the shop units through our tender system. Tender forms can be downloaded here, submit the completed forms and necessary documents in our tender box at our Head Quarter at 2 Tanjong Katong Road, #08-01, Tower 3, Paya Lebar Quarter before the tender closing date and time.

No, all roadshow items must be removed at the end of your revenue day. No items can be left unattended at all times. SMRT does not provide any store room except at Lavender and Bugis MRT Stations (subject to change).
Yes, it depends on which event space you lease. We will advise you when you send in your preferred dates.
All agreements and payment are to be signed and made prior to the commencement of your event.
The amount depends on the total area leased. You may email us at properties@smrt.com.sg for more details. Refunds typically take between seven and eight working weeks after the event day.
Once the application form has been submitted, cancellation or changes to the schedule will only be accepted if you give us at least six weeks of written notice prior to commencement of the event. If cancellation or changes are initiated after agreement has been signed, a processing fee will be imposed.
