We thank Mr Ng Yaik Chye for his feedback regarding the retail space at Tanjong Pagar Xchange. SMRT is committed to revitalising our retail spaces to meet changing business and consumer needs. Despite a challenging past year in this ongoing pandemic, we are glad that several tenants at Tanjong Pagar and other stations in our network have renewed their partnerships with us. In order to complement and enhance the existing tenant mix, we continue to comb the market for new concepts, strategies and offerings to bring to the CBD area.
